Psa 3:3 But You, O LORD, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.
My dad is 85, he broke a hip july 5, and has declined since then. He will probably depart any moment.
I miss him already. I remember at age 9 realizing that my parents would die, i cried then. I am shedding the tears again.
He is a good man. He cared and loved me all my life. On my birthday in january 2012, he and mom came by to see his oldest son on my birthday.
He knows Jesus, he will be dancing with joshua, his grandson very soon.
I love you so much dad.
Fly with Christ
My prayer – God, my dad is so tired, he has fought a good fight, a good husband, a good father, a godly man and great example to his sons, many nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and a great-grandson. Please help us his family let him go with love and peace, I know you told us in John 14 that you have made a place for him, and will meet and escort him into eternity. I love my dad and am glad we both know a mighty God who is our shield and salvation.
In Jesus Name
